Not that it matters, same price, same overall function. This product does exactly what it claims, and honestly, I don't think the CycleOps trainer can be used comfortably without it. If your front wheel isn't propped up on something, you'll be in an oddly downward facing position at all times, which I can't imagine would be desirable. One complaint would be that the different slots for the tire aren't marked or numbered in any way to let you know which setting you've used, so I feel like everytime I set up the trainer, I need to spin the block around and sit the bike in it, then look at the angle the bike is at, then reposition if necessary. It's just molded plastic, is it too difficult to have a little number 1, 2 and 3 set into it somewhere? Sort of annoying, but aside from that, the block is good. It has different levels for training. Even thou I use mine mainly because I have bad knees and riding helps keep the pain out and my knees from getting stiff. It was definitely larger than I expected, but it makes no real difference.
